Movement Learning Golf (MLG) is a unique program that helps golfers learn to improve their game by raising the quality of their movement. Combining sensory motor learning and martial arts, MLG uses the concepts of intention, attention and awareness to impact the three essential aspects of golf- timing, rhythm, and balance. Once these techniques are learned, the golfer is given a short specific movement lesson that can be used in any setting, on or off the course. These lessons help relieve chronic aches and pains, improves performance, and makes daily tasks more easily accomplished.
